The multi-head weighing snack packaging machine is a complete automated packaging solution. Its core components include a lifting and conveying system, a multi-head combination weigher, a vertical packaging main unit, an electrical control system, and a finished product conveying system.

During production, materials are continuously conveyed to the top of the combination weigher via a Z-shaped elevator. The material first enters the central distribution plate and then is evenly distributed into various linear vibrating troughs and storage hoppers by a vibration system. The storage hoppers continuously feed material to the weighing hoppers according to a set program, ensuring that each weighing unit maintains optimal working condition.

1. High-speed combined weighing technology: The equipment employs a multi-head combined algorithm, capable of simultaneously analyzing and calculating data from multiple weighing hoppers. Compared to single-head weighing equipment, it not only weighs faster but also significantly reduces weight errors, improving packaging consistency.

2. High degree of automation: From raw material conveying to finished product output, no manual intervention is required, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving production standardization.

3. Precise film length control: Utilizing a servo film stretching system combined with photoelectric color mark tracking technology, it ensures uniform size and accurate pattern positioning for each packaging bag, enhancing packaging aesthetics.

4. Intelligent fault detection: The equipment features multiple protection functions, including film shortage alarm, material shortage alarm, abnormal temperature alarm, and insufficient air pressure alarm, minimizing downtime.

Each weighing hopper is equipped with an imported high-sensitivity sensor that can quickly detect minute changes in weight.

The equipment adopts a double-layer design with a storage hopper and a weighing hopper. The storage hopper is responsible for buffering materials, while the weighing hopper is responsible for accurate weighing.

The snack packaging machine forming unit is responsible for rolling the flat packaging film into a cylindrical bag. It employs a one-piece stainless steel processing technique, resulting in a smooth surface that reduces film friction.

Both longitudinal and transverse sealing utilize independent temperature control systems, ensuring high temperature control accuracy. The sealing temperature can be adjusted separately for packaging films of different thicknesses and materials to ensure a secure, leak-proof seal.
