During operation, the premade pouch filling machine for food and non-food packaging ten-head combined scale operates in a continuous dispensing state. Material enters from the Z-shaped elevator at the top feed inlet, first falling into the central dispensing cone and then being dispersed onto multiple linear vibrating tracks. Each track does not simply feed material; instead, it controls the material flow rate through differences in vibration amplitude, ensuring that particles of different sizes are evenly distributed into each weighing hopper.

The eight-station turntable below does not rotate continuously but rather employs a typical "intermittent indexing structure." After each rotation, it precisely stops at the mechanical positioning pin, ensuring complete alignment of the bag clamping mechanism, bag opening mechanism, and discharge pipe, preventing misalignment.

Once the packaging bag enters the equipment, it remains firmly held in place by the left and right grippers. Even with turntable movement, the bag's center position remains unchanged. All subsequent actions-bag opening, filling, compaction, and sealing-are completed while the bag is locked in place.

A material level detection sensor is installed between the combined scale and the feeding channel to determine whether the material has entered the buffer hopper smoothly.

The Z-type elevator chain buckets circulate in a closed track, with each bucket continuing to descend after unloading material at the top.

The grippers are driven by a cylinder to generate a horizontal clamping force. The gripping position is in the upper part of the middle of the bag so that the bag opening is always kept open and is not affected by gravity.
