The potato chip biscuit granule packing machine mainly consists of a multi-head combined weighing system, a Z-type feeding elevator, a vertical bag-making, filling, and sealing main unit, a finished product conveying system, and a control system. These systems work together to achieve an automated packaging process.

Materials are first automatically conveyed to the storage hopper of the multi-head combined weighing system via the Z-type elevator. The multi-head weighing system achieves high-precision weighing through the combination calculation of multiple weighing hoppers. The system uses an intelligent algorithm to select the combination closest to the target weight and quickly releases the material to the vertical packaging machine below.

The vertical packaging machine automatically completes the bag-making process using roll film. Through steps such as film stretching, bag making, filling, sealing, and cutting, a complete back-seal packaging bag is formed. The equipment uses a high-sensitivity photoelectric tracking system to ensure accurate positioning of the packaging pattern and guarantee a neat and uniform appearance of the packaging bags.

The Z-type elevator uses a food-grade bucket structure and is driven by a chain to transport materials from a lower position to the feed inlet of a multi-head scale.

The equipment is equipped with a highly sensitive photoelectric sensor that can automatically identify color marks on the packaging film.

Once the system completes the combined calculations, the selected weighing hoppers will open simultaneously, releasing the material into the collection hopper.
