The coffee powder packing machine is composed of an automatic feeding system, a screw-type metering device, a bag-making mechanism, a sealing unit, a cutting system, and an electrical control system. During operation, the powder is first delivered to the metering device via an elevator, where the screw metering system ensures precise and consistent measurement before transferring the material to the bag-forming area. At the same time, the packaging film is pulled and shaped into a bag structure by the film-pulling mechanism.

In the filling stage, the accurately metered powder is smoothly delivered into the formed bags, while the machine automatically completes both longitudinal and transverse back sealing. Once sealed, the cutting mechanism separates the continuous film into individual finished bags. The entire packaging process is coordinated by a PLC control system, ensuring precise synchronization of each operation and maintaining stable, continuous production.

Adaptable to various powder materials: The equipment is optimized for different powder characteristics, enabling stable packaging of fine powders, easily dusty powders, and powders with moderate flowability.

Stable packaging speed: Through a highly efficient film-pulling system and precise movements, the equipment maintains packaging quality while achieving continuous and stable operation, making it suitable for medium to large-scale production lines.

Compact structure and small footprint: The vertical structure design allows for a compact overall layout, minimizing the equipment's footprint while ensuring full functionality, facilitating installation and layout in production workshops.

Easy maintenance and cleaning: Key components are made of stainless steel, and the structural design facilitates disassembly and cleaning, meeting the hygiene requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.

The screw metering system is a crucial core component of powder packaging machines. It uses a motor to drive the screw to rotate and deliver powder materials into the packaging bag according to a set weight.

The film-pulling mechanism is driven by a servo motor and precisely controls the pulling length of the packaging film through a film clamping device.

The coffee powder packing machine sealing device seals the bag using a heat-sealing method. The longitudinal sealing device handles the back seal, while the transverse sealing device seals the bag opening.

The cutter is located below the horizontal sealing device and automatically cuts the packaging bag after sealing. The cutter is made of wear-resistant material, resulting in a clean cut.
