This coffee machine packing is designed based on the flow characteristics of powdered materials, typically employing a screw metering system for precise quantitative measurement to ensure consistent weight in each bag. The entire machine consists of a feeding system, metering system, forming system, sealing system, and electrical control system, with each module operating collaboratively.

During production, the packaging film enters the forming unit via a guide device, forming a multi-row continuous bag structure. Powder is then filled into each bag via a screw feeder, followed by heat sealing and cross-cutting. The equipment can adjust bag length, width, filling volume, and packaging speed to meet different product requirements, demonstrating strong adaptability.

The coffee machine packing screw is machined with high precision and driven by a servo motor to achieve stable and uniform feeding.

The forming device is precisely designed to ensure that the packaging film remains stable during high-speed operation, guaranteeing a consistent and aesthetically pleasing bag shape and reducing deviation or wrinkles.

Made with wear-resistant alloy blades, it produces clean, smooth cuts, has a long service life, and supports various cutting methods such as flat cutting and serrated cutting.
