This shampoo filling packing machine employs a single-channel continuous operation structure, achieving automated conversion from raw materials to finished products through a complete packaging system. Liquid raw materials first enter the upper hopper, then flow through a conveying pipe to the metering device, and are output quantitatively according to a set capacity.

The packaging film is supplied by a film rolling device, guided by a guiding mechanism, and folded into a cylindrical bag by the forming unit, followed by longitudinal sealing. After the bag is formed, the liquid is precisely injected into the bag through a filling nozzle, followed by transverse heat sealing to complete the seal, and then cut into individual finished bags by a cutting system.

The entire machine is uniformly controlled by a PLC program, with each process operating in tandem to ensure a stable packaging rhythm and reduce problems such as film jamming, missed sealing, or uneven filling. Operators can adjust the filling volume, bag length, and operating speed via a touchscreen to match different specifications.

Compatible with low to high viscosity products, reducing equipment replacement costs. By adjusting the filling rhythm and discharge control, it can adapt to different products, from highly fluid liquids to thicker sauces, avoiding repeated equipment purchases due to product line changes.

High sealing cleanliness, reducing "sauce residue" issues. Addressing common sealing contamination problems in liquid packaging, the equipment optimizes the filling and sealing rhythm, reducing sauce overflow into the sealing area, improving finished product yield and appearance quality.
