Food Powder Packaging Machine

During food powder packaging machine operation, powder first flows from the upper hopper into the discharge port and is evenly fed into the bag formed by the packaging film through an adjustable vibrating plate or screw conveyor. The back-sealed bag is precisely sealed along the center seam by a heat-sealing device, while a cutting mechanism accurately separates the bag. The entire process is completed automatically, requiring almost no manual intervention. The operating interface uses a color touch screen to display the current production speed, output, and temperature parameters in real time and can also quickly switch between different packaging specifications.
