The powder mixer blender features a double-cone vessel combined with a central stirring system. During operation, the material moves in a three-dimensional circulation pattern, while the internal agitator promotes more uniform powder dispersion, ensuring superior mixing performance and consistency.

The inclined ends of the double-cone structure create a more natural material flow path, enhancing overall mixing coverage and uniformity.

At the same time, the internal stirring mechanism continuously disperses the materials, helping to reduce fine powder agglomeration, particle settling, and the separation of light and heavy powders. For materials with moderate flowability or a tendency to adhere, this design significantly improves mixing stability and consistency.

The feed inlet is equipped with a locking structure, which enhances the sealing performance during equipment operation and prevents powder leakage, making it suitable for fine powder processing environments.

The top features an enlarged feed inlet design, facilitating the rapid addition of powders, granules, and mixed raw materials.

It is equipped with a special stirring paddle inside, which provides auxiliary stirring while the double cone cylinder rotates.
