Industrial-grade PLC touch control system, with production parameters that can be saved and recalled; it has functions like film shortage, over-temperature, material blockage, and overload alarm shutdown, with abnormal statuses directly indicated, making it easy for on-site staff to troubleshoot.

The powder dosing screw is processed and molded as an integrated piece, with a mirror polish that makes it less likely to stick powder; different screw pitches can be quickly swapped to meet various filling needs.

The bucket elevator's variable frequency motor links with the main machine signal, so the feeding speed automatically adjusts to match the packaging speed, preventing underfeeding or overfilling.
