The forming unit determines the width and dimensions of the packaging bag. Its forming surfaces are precision-machined to allow the packaging film to fold naturally, reducing friction and enhancing forming stability.

The rotary lobe pump is responsible for the steady delivery of liquid to the filling line. Conveying speed and flow rate can be adjusted according to the specific characteristics of the liquid, ensuring a smoother supply process and minimizing the impact of pulsation on the filling operation.

The vertical sachet filling machine parameters are set via the touchscreen, including bag length, packaging speed, sealing temperature, and operating status.
