Pill Packer Machine

The pill packer machine uses a vibrating feeding device to evenly convey material to the counting channel, and accurately counts the number of granules using photoelectric or electronic counting methods. Once the set quantity is reached, the system controls the material to fall into the small bags formed in the bag-making device, and completes the heat sealing and bag cutting actions to form individually packaged finished products.

Packaging bag types are typically back-seal bags or three-side seal bags, and packaging materials can use various roll film materials such as OPP, CPP, and PE composite film. The equipment has a compact structure, is easy to maintain, and can be customized to different numbers of counting channels and packaging specifications according to customer needs.
