Automatic Salt Packing Machine

This single-lane automatic salt packing machine is specifically designed for small granular materials such as sugar, salt, coffee granules, and seasoning granules. The machine integrates bag making, precise metering, stable filling, constant-temperature sealing, and cutting, maintaining consistent weight and neat appearance of each bag even at high speeds.

The equipment employs a single-row back-seal structure. The hopper inlet width, discharge port size, and conveying angle are precisely designed to ensure smooth flow, uniform distribution, and no splashing or jamming of small granules as they fall into the metering system. The metering section uses a measuring cup-type device, which can finely adjust the discharge amount according to the granule flowability, ensuring that the weight fluctuation of each bag is controlled within ±1–2 grams.
