The equipment adopts a roll film feeding system that continuously delivers packaging film to the bag-forming unit. Through the longitudinal sealing mechanism, the film is shaped into a cylindrical bag structure. The powder material is then accurately dispensed into the bag by the metering system. After filling, the transverse sealing unit performs heat sealing and cutting, producing individually sealed sachets with a neat and consistent appearance.

This sachet coffee packing machine can be equipped with different metering systems according to specific production requirements. The screw metering system is ideal for powder materials with good flowability, where a servo motor drives the screw to achieve stable and precise feeding. For powders with significant density variations, an electronic weighing system can be optionally installed to provide higher measurement accuracy and consistent filling weight.

The entire machine features a modular structure, making maintenance, cleaning, and future upgrades more convenient. The main frame is primarily constructed from stainless steel, ensuring durability while complying with hygiene standards required in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The bag length can be easily adjusted through the control program, enabling quick changeovers between different packaging specifications. In addition, optional accessories such as a date coding machine, easy-tear notch device, and nitrogen flushing system can be integrated to meet diverse packaging requirements for various products.

The screw metering system uses a rotating screw to push powdered material downwards, achieving quantitative filling.

The screw feeder uses the screw conveyor principle to transport powder from a low position to the hopper.

The hopper is positioned above the powder dispensing unit and serves as the storage container for the powder material prior to packaging. It is typically manufactured from food-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and compliance with hygiene standards. The inner surface is polished and smooth, which helps minimize material residue and makes cleaning and maintenance more convenient.

The film conveying system of the sachet coffee packing machine utilizes a film-pulling motor and guide rollers to transport the packaging film steadily to the bag-forming section. This design ensures smooth and stable film movement during operation, helping maintain accurate positioning and consistent bag formation.
