Coffee Bean Packing Machine

The coffee bean packing machine mainly consists of a multi-head combination weigher and a vertical bag-making packaging machine. During operation, the material is first evenly dispersed into multiple weighing hoppers by a vibrating device. Each weighing hopper is weighed independently, and the system calculates and selects the combination weighing closest to the set weight, then discharges the material centrally. This "combined weighing" method achieves high metering accuracy while maintaining high speed.

In the packaging section, the roll film is rolled into a cylindrical shape by a forming device and then longitudinally heat-sealed to form a back seal (i.e., a seal on the back of the bag), followed by a transverse seal to form the bag bottom. The weighed material enters the bag through the feeding pipe, and then the top seal is completed and the bag is cut, thus producing a complete packaging bag. The entire process is coordinated by a control system, achieving continuous automated production.

Z-type bucket elevator: Made of food-grade stainless steel, it uses a circulating bucket lifting system to stably and continuously transport materials to a high-level weighing system, effectively preventing material breakage and dust dispersion.

Automatic quantitative weighing device (multi-head combination scale): Equipped with high-precision sensors and an intelligent control system, it can automatically complete fast and accurate weighing according to the set weight, improving packaging efficiency and consistency.

Discharging and packaging interface: After weighing, the material is automatically discharged, seamlessly connecting to vertical packaging machines, filling machines, or manual packaging stations to achieve full-process automation.

The feed hopper is made of thickened food-grade stainless steel, featuring a robust structure, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning. Its large capacity design facilitates continuous feeding by manual labor or upstream equipment, ensuring a stable material supply.

The built-in high-performance vibration motor has adjustable amplitude and speed, which allows materials to enter the lifting system evenly and continuously, effectively preventing material blockage and bridging, and ensuring the stability of lifting and weighing.

Equipped with high-precision weighing sensors and intelligent control modules, it can quickly complete automatic measurement and combination distribution with high weighing accuracy.
